What we do

GazeSite reviews your website through the eyes of a specific persona — a real demographic profile with distinct reading level, tech familiarity, and browsing habits. You submit a URL, pick a reviewer, and a structured report lands in your inbox in 2–5 minutes.

It’s the feedback you’d get if you cornered the right friend at the right time. Without cornering anyone.

Who it’s for

Founders, indie hackers, and makers who:

• launched something and aren’t sure why conversion is flat,
• can’t tell whether their copy reads as “clear” or “marketing fog,”
• need a second pair of eyes that isn’t another founder doing them a favor,
• want feedback that’s structured, repeatable, and cheap enough to run on every iteration.

What we believe

• Persona-first beats checklist-first. A generic “your hero needs more contrast” review tells you nothing. A 35-year-old non-native-English speaker telling you “I read your headline three times and still didn’t know what you sell” tells you everything.
• Reports should be readable, not exhaustive. A 40-page audit nobody finishes is worse than three sharp observations you ship by Friday.
• Pricing should be honest. $29 standard, $79 custom, money back if it’s useless. No 14-day trials with hidden auto-charges, no enterprise pricing pages that say “Contact sales.”
• Your URL is not training data. We run the review, send the report, keep the screenshots only as long as needed to render it. We don’t sell, share, or train on your site.

What we won’t do

• We won’t pretend to be a team of ten when we aren’t. GazeSite is a solo product right now, paired with carefully prompted AI reviewers. Honesty about that beats theatrics.
• We won’t generate vague “your design could be more modern” filler. If a reviewer can’t say something specific, the report says so.
• We won’t lock the obvious features behind a higher tier. The full review is the thing. The custom-reviewer option is for when you need a persona we don’t ship.
