Refund Policy

If a report you paid for gives you nothing worth doing, you get your money back. Email [email protected] within 30 days and say so. There is no form, and we do not ask you to explain. The one thing that works differently is a second refund on the same product, and that is at the bottom of this page rather than buried in it.

What is covered

For anything we deliver, the clock starts at delivery and not at payment. Reports usually arrive in two or three hours, so that is the same day. If something on our side holds yours up, you still get the full 30 days from whenever it lands.

The Business pack is the exception, because 20 audits do not arrive on one day. Its 30 days run from the purchase — and after that, the unused credits are still refundable. See below.

We never charge for the free scan, and we never ask for a card to run one.

Unused credits

Credits do not expire. If you would rather have the money, ask at any time, including after the 30 days, and we refund every unused credit at what you paid for it — $14.50 each in a Business pack.

How to ask

One email to [email protected]. Tell us the website you had audited or the order number on your receipt; either is enough to find you. We answer within 24 hours.

The money goes back to the card you paid with. Stripe sends it the day we approve it, and banks take five to ten business days to show it. Neither we nor Stripe can speed up that part.

The $499 human design review

It is invoiced after we agree on the work, so you are never charged before you know what you are getting. If the report, the mock-up and the call leave you with nothing to do, you get all of it back. Ask within 30 days of the call.

If we read your page and conclude it needs nothing, that is a finding, and it is worth having before you pay somebody to rebuild it. Say the word and we refund it anyway.

Three cases that work differently

• A second refund on the same product. The first one is automatic. After that we want to talk about what went wrong before we send money again. GazeSite is one person, and this is the only rule here written to stop abuse.
• A chargeback you file before writing to us. Your bank freezes the money for weeks while the dispute runs. Email is faster, and we do not fight honest refund requests.
• Work somebody else did. We refund what we charged you. We cannot cover what you paid a designer or a developer on the strength of our report.

Nothing renews on its own

We sell credits, not subscriptions. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
