These terms govern your use of GazeSite at gazesite.com (“the Service”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

GazeSite provides AI-powered UX audit reports for websites. You submit a URL and select a reviewer persona. We analyze publicly accessible content on that URL and deliver a report to your email.

2. Orders and Payment

• Standard audit: $29 USD per report
• Custom persona audit: $79 USD per report
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• All prices are in USD and charged at the time of purchase
• You will receive a receipt from Stripe

3. Delivery

Reports are typically delivered to your email within 2-5 minutes of payment. Custom persona reports may take up to 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your report does not contain at least one actionable improvement suggestion. To request a refund, email us within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only submit URLs for websites you own or have permission to analyze
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• Provide a valid email address for report delivery

6. What We Analyze

We only analyze publicly accessible content on the URL you provide (text, layout, copy). We do not access password-protected pages, private data, or backend systems.

7. AI-Generated Content

Reports are generated using AI. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, the analysis reflects an AI simulation of a persona’s perspective. It is not a substitute for professional UX consulting, usability testing, or legal compliance review.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your website content. The audit report we deliver is licensed to you for your use. You may share it within your organization.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, GazeSite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
